2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a 99play1 account and use any of the platform's gaming services. 2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 99play1 platform. This restriction applies per person, household, device, IP address, payment method, and email address. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all related balances, bonuses, and winnings.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. 99play1 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where false or misleading registration information is discovered.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). In accordance with our international gaming authority licensing obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, all members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99play1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity. 99play1 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access arose due to your own failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99play1 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
3.4 99play1 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the terms of this agreement have been violated, or where continued operation of the account would expose the Company to regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 99play1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank), Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are published in the Payments section of your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. This policy is enforced as part of our AML obligations.
4.4 99play1 aims to process withdrawal requests within minutes to several hours depending on the payment method selected. In certain circumstances — such as pending KYC verification, account review, or technical delays — withdrawals may take longer. The Company does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.
4.5 99play1 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own fees, for which 99play1 accepts no liability.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 99play1 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including minimum odds, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods. These terms are displayed on each promotion's detail page.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn. Many promotions carry higher wagering multipliers; always consult the specific promotion terms before accepting.
5.3 99play1 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus credits and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit ("hedging"), exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by the Company, or coordinating with other accounts.
5.4 Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 99play1 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All sports bets placed on 99play1 are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. These rules govern settlement of markets, void conditions, postponed events, and live betting conduct.
6.2 Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, except where a cash-out feature is available and explicitly offered for the relevant market.
6.3 99play1 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneous price resulting from a technical error or human error (including obvious error or "palpable error" pricing). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account.
6.4 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. Limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation. 99play1 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of published payout limits.
7.1 All casino and slot games available on 99play1 are provided by licensed third-party software providers. The rules of each game, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, are determined by the respective provider and published within the game interface.
7.2 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or slot spin, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined by the game server and will be final. 99play1 shall not be liable for losses arising from connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 Progressive jackpot amounts are not guaranteed. Jackpot wins are subject to verification and may be subject to the maximum payout limits published on the relevant game page.

10.2 You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 99play1 platform without the prior written consent of the Company.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99play1 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in game software provided by third-party suppliers.
11.2 The Company's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 99play1's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the 99play1 complaints process via [email protected]. 13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
